Are you a middle or high school student with a passion for gaming and creativity? STEM It Up Sports offers the perfect opportunity to transform your ideas into a fully developed video game through our Game Jam competition.

What Is Game Jam?

Game Jam is a dynamic challenge where participants design, develop, and present a video game within a limited timeframe. Whether you choose to work solo or collaborate with a team of up to four members, the focus is on creativity, problem-solving, and fun. The competition culminates in a showcase where games are judged, and winners have the chance to earn prizes.


How It Works

  1. Start Development: Begin your game development journey by selecting a theme and gathering your team.

  2. Time Is Ticking: Utilize the set timeframe to brainstorm, build, and refine your game.

  3. Build Your World: Design characters, craft levels, create sounds, and bring your game to life.

  4. Show It Off: Present your completed game to be judged and potentially earn prizes.


No prior experience is necessary—simplicity is encouraged, and the emphasis is on creativity and learning.
